When I first created this process I was working through a block about having to work hard for money. I spent a good six weeks focusing on it, each day I would uncover another story of where I believed it to be true. Some days I would relive the same scenario uncovering new elements that I somehow I had not claimed.
Journaling has been a powerful tool for me to process my thoughts and to heal. Writing is a way of declaring your truth and owning it and this journaling exercise really works through the steps of taking ownership of our own actions.
