Welcome to the Choosing Change podcast. I’m beyond excited to bring this baby to your ears, it's been a passion project for a while now and what is coming your way over the coming months is incredible. Firstly, thank you for taking the time to stop by and get the full details of the show. I really appreciate it. 

In this first episode, I talk about my moment of change, where I stopped people pleasing (literally I was called out big time) had a really good look at myself and knew shit had to change. So here we are. Now that is not to say it hasn’t been messy cause oh, yes it has been. 

The work has been done and is still unfolding as we speak the joys of getting in the arena. Those who are doing the work know all about this. So, let me introduce myself, I’m Lizzie Moult and I’m a cognitive behavioural therapist working in the Scottish Highlands. As you are about to find out my accent is from the land down under. Crazy to think that the isolated mountains of Scotland have been my medicine. 

Choosing change is about helping more people make a choice to prioritise themselves, and their needs to make positive change in their lives. Sometimes it's big massive shifts like moving to the other side of the world or it’s a small tweak from within where we stop apologising all the god damn time. This is the magic of life. 

These stories are aimed to meet you where you are at, help you to see that change is possible and all it takes is one step at a time. We are all human and I’ve had the privilege thus far to interview an array of people - artists, musicians, authors, school teachers, stand-up comedians, marketing managers, homeware designers and more.
