Liz Lennon has had a rich journey spanning from the South East of England to the vibrant Southside of Glasgow. Married to Ben and blessed with two kids—Maddie and Joe—plus a furry family of two cats, Belle and Sebastian, and a charming dog named Suki.

Liz's diverse career began in the bustling arts scene of London, where she contributed her talents to the Almeida Theatre and Saddlers Wells Theatre while pursuing aromatherapy part-time. Transitioning to rural living in Somerset in 1995, Liz embarked on a fulfilling path in healthcare, evolving from a National Trust employee to a skilled anaesthetic and recovery nurse. Her passion for holistic well-being led her to teach yoga, earning a British Wheel of Yoga teaching diploma in 2011.

Relocating to picturesque Lochaber in 2011, Liz embraced various roles, including support work in the Criminal Justice System, barista, and crochet teacher. And in a captivating twist of fate, Liz and her family found themselves in Glasgow in October 2023 after a single question changed everything.
