Once we begin our coaching series I consider myself to be fully committed to you and your success. I know you will be committed to you too.
This commitment includes you going through the entire coaching series from start to finish, including the financial commitment that accompanies that.
If after our first full session together you feel that a coaching series is no longer right for you, I will gladly refund you the next session in the month you are yet to have, (if there is one outstanding), and release you from your coaching commitment. Once we have moved into session two, however – we are in all the way.
No part of your coaching series is refundable past session one, however, it is transferable to someone else if for any reason you decide not to continue. In this instance the remaining coaching fee in your chosen series will be invoiced to you and once paid, I welcome you to let me know who you have transferred your sessions too.
One on One Coaching Series: $600 per month. Duration of either three(six sessions) or six months (12 sessions) are available. Each coaching series consists of two 1:1 coaching sessions a month (held fortnightly). To secure your coaching series you will need to pay in full OR for the first month of the series. You will receive your invoice/s via email at the beginning of each month.
Private Intensive: A three hour 1:1 session is $379 and full payment is required on booking your session.
Individual Follow-Up Sessions: One-off one-hour sessions are available for those who have already coached with Lizzie at a heavily discounted price of $110 and are only available via zoom.
If I need to place you on a waiting list, regardless of when we will have your first full session you will be invoiced for your first month of coaching, which acts as a deposit for your place. If for any reason before we begin you decide to not go ahead with a coaching series I will gladly refund 50% of your first month’s coaching fee. Please note that your place on my waiting list is not considered fully reserved until this invoice is paid.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Your session time is reserved especially for you with preparation done by me ahead of time. I value our time together and know you will too by respecting and keeping your appointment.
I understand that sometimes things do arise and you may need to reschedule or cancel your session. If 24 hours notice is given you will not be charged. If you are canceling within 24 hours of your appointment time your full fee is to be paid for that session, but I do encourage you wherever possible to please give me as much notice as you can to change our usual time.
Each of your coaching sessions will go for one hour unless otherwise stated.
It is very rare for me to run late for your session. If this does occur I will endeavor, with your permission, to extend your session time.
If you arrive or are late for your appointment please be aware that due to other appointments or commitments, it is unlikely I will be able to extend your session time. If you are going to be more than ten minutes late for your session it is greatly appreciated if you could please let me know this with as much notice as possible.

While conducting sessions on Zoom you will notice that I wear a pair of earphones. This is to create a better quality of sound and cancel out ambient noise. If you have a pair of earphones it is recommended you use them too.
If for any reason your computer camera is not working I will turn mine off as well. It is much more difficult to work when one person can see the other and the other can’t, rather than both either being visual or not. Please be aware that just because we cannot see each other that does not mean I am working in any more a relaxed way than if you can see me. I give my full attention to every client I see no matter the circumstances.
Please be aware that if working from a mobile rather than wi-fi internet connection when using Zoom that this can impact the quality of the call (particularly video) considerably. I use a stable cable connection for the best quality possible, but if you are using a mobile one this may impact the quality and speed of our connection. In this instance, it is usually best to turn the camera off from both ends. Please note this is also the case if you are on a data plan and have used up most of that data slowing your speed down.
All matters discussed between us whether in person, via phone, Zoom or email, remain fully confidential. I keep and dispose of your records in accordance with appropriate privacy laws.
I welcome you contacting me via email between our sessions. This is a service I provide to all my coaching clients which you are welcome to use and in fact, you will be surprised at how much we can ‘shift, grow, develop and move’ via email alone.
You will only gain wonderful momentum in your coaching series if you undertake agreed actions between coaching sessions. You agree to perform all actions set for you between sessions and advise me with as much notice as possible if they are not going to be completed. You will not hold me responsible for not achieving, (in whole or part), any of your goals and recognize that outside of coaching sessions your stated actions can only be carried out by yourself.
You acknowledge that the coaching series may be personally challenging and give rise to feelings such as frustration, stress, and annoyance. You will not hold me liable for any loss or cost incurred by you in the event of mental, physical, emotional stress or distress caused directly or indirectly in relation to your coaching series. You will indemnify me in the event of any such claim.
You have no right to use or reproduce any of the processes, techniques, presentations, methodologies or materials used by me in your coaching series, outside your coaching series. You must not at any time reproduce materials given to you except for your own personal use.
