Join us at the next Women's Circle in a cozy hall in the mountains, just like centuries ago, we gather to connect, share and build strength in our lives & community.
Using the Full Moon as guidance we reflect over the past month and take stock of what is happening. Exploring the astrological sign associated with the moon, I work intuitively, as the Full Moon heightens our emotions. It's a beautiful opportunity to meet and confront our shadows to heal and move forward within a safe space. Tears and laughter are always welcome.
Each Women's circle is unique and includes grounding through meditation, journal prompts and movement. The night also encourages connection through conversation with soup, tea & cake - on offer.

Join us at the next Women's Circle in a cozy hall in the mountains, just like centuries ago, we gather to connect, share and build strength in our lives & community.
Using the Full Moon as guidance we reflect on the past year, and the lessons and challenges we have faced. It's a night to remember and celebrate. It's a beautiful opportunity to shake off anything we no longer want. Opening space for us to walk into the new year without any cobwebs.
Each Women's circle is unique and includes grounding through meditation, journal prompts and movement - we will DANCE. A fire ritual will also take place to release all those emotions.
The night also encourages connection through conversation with nourishing soup & tea.

A nourishing day to set intentions for the year ahead and reflect on the past twelve months. An intimate event for women to release last year and tap into their dreams. We talk about manifesting, and how to call in what we truly desire.
The morning will be spent in circle, followed by a wild-swim at a local beach. Lunch will be a nourishing spread of delicious wholefoods. The afternoon focus will be on community and connection. Everyone will also have access to multiple timeslots in the sauna thanks to Arisaig Sauna.
