What type of course is it?

I'm Lizzie, a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist who discovered that I was a chronic people pleaser for a decade! My discovery led me to study positive psychology and CBT to unravel my own behaviours and patterns. Through sharing my journey via my Instagram @lizzie_moult I had people reach out to me about how they too were giving so much of themselves away to others and had lost their connection with themselves. This led me to start talking more on the topic and educating people pleasers on how to prioritise themselves first. 

This course is designed to support you on your journey back to yourself, we discuss how we end up in this pattern, address who we really are and the boundaries we need to place in order to get what we truly desire. It's not about becoming self-obsessed or to stop being nice. Its about creating a healthy relationship with yourself and others. I have woven my CBT insights, clinical experience and self-discoveries through this course so you gain a wide perspective on this crippling disease to please.  

How does it work?

Inside the course, you have a series of short video lessons for each module which is supported by a workbook/journal to record your progress as well as unravel your people pelasing ways. 

Each part is designed for you to come back to over and over again when you need that information. For example, if you are stuck in your head then you need to back to revisit the mindset section, while if you need help articulating your boundaries then you would go to the communication section. It's practical advice to support you in whatever situation you are in. 

The course is self-paced, yes it can be done in six weeks if you want, however, the slower you go to absorb and apply the information the richer your experience. Life is for learning and each new video will help to stretch your mind and soul.
