An Aussie country gal at heart, I moved my family across the world during Covid based on a vision! After years of people pleasing and prioritising everyone else - I knew it was time to give myself a little air space and trust my intuition. Following these whispers has led me to incredible places, meet inspiring people and loads of dreamy opportunities. The secret key for me was taking the time to finally listen, listen to myself, my needs and then doing something about it, no more sitting around waiting for it to happen.

After studying cognitive behavioural therapy I learnt to tame my mind so I could focus on understanding my emotional landscape.

Living by your intuition can at times feel crazy, because it sends us off on adventures we don't necessarily know what the outcome will be. That is half the fun. This workshop is designed to challenge the inner-witch and call her out of hiding. Use what you know, start where you are as everything that’s required for a huge uplevel is inside of you.
