Kickstart 2026 with a Mini Day Retreat — A Day of Connection, Reflection & Renewal
Step into the new year with intention, clarity, and heart. Join us for a deeply nourishing day retreat designed to help you honour the year past, release what no longer serves, and ignite your dreams for the year ahead.
This intimate women’s gathering is an invitation to pause, breathe, and realign with your truest self — surrounded by community, warmth, and inspiration.
✨ What to Expect
Morning — Honour & Release
We’ll begin with an interactive workshop, exploring gentle reflection on 2025 and guided practices to let go of what you’re ready to release. You’ll receive a beautiful workbook to support your journaling, dreaming, and self-discovery throughout the day.
Midday — Nourish
Enjoy a heartwarming wholefood lunch, lovingly prepared to nourish body and soul.
Afternoon — Ignite, Create & Connect
In the afternoon, we’ll move into a creative intention-setting workshop, where you’ll decorate your own intention candle (@moondgladeshore) a symbolic and sensory reminder of the energy you’re calling into 2026. We’ll also gather for community sharing, goal setting.
The day will also include a wild swim at the beach 5 min walk away, to cleanse and awaken the senses. PLUS the option to have your portrait taken by @charlottegrantphotography, a perfect way to honour your inner power and beauty. It was the highlight of everyone who attended last year.

FOOD & DRINKS: At each event we serve homemade goodies and drink herbal tea. We like to ensure we cater to any allergies. Please let us know if you have any intolerances. Our resident baker will not disappoint in deliciousness - I promise! She is GF herself :-)
